Is in-store stock the same as online stock?

No, Kpop World's stock is completely separate form physical Sarah & Tom locations. If you have any stock inquiries for specific locations, please contact that location directly. Contact information for each location can be found under the CONTACT US tab at the bottom of the webpage.

What do I do if I have a Status card?

Please email us at info.kpopworld@gmail.com and we can help you set up your customer account with all the information required. There is not a way for the customer to do this themselves at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Do you offer pick-up at physical Sarah & Tom locations?

Unfortunately no, we do not offer a pick-up option at this time. All orders placed on kpopworld.ca are shipped directly to you.

I know Sarah & Tom locations offer free posters with album purchase, does Kpop World do the same?

Unfortunately no. The free posters with album purchase are a deal exclusive to in-store purchases only at Sarah & Tom locations and unfortunately does not apply to online purchases with Kpop World.

Can I bring in my albums I ordered from Kpop World to a physical Sarah & Tom location and get posters that way?

No, that is not a possibility. The posters are an at-time-of-purchase in-store item only.

Can I bring albums I bought from Kpop World to a physical Sarah & Tom location to return/exchange?

No, Sarah & Tom locations cannot do returns or exchanges for items bought on Kpop World and vice versa. All returns/exchanges for products bought online must be made through Kpop World; please email us at info.kpopworld@gmail.com and we will go from there :)

Do pre-order albums come with pre-order benefits?

We don't always receive external pre-order benefits with our shipments. Therefore, at this time, pre-orders do not included external pre-order benefits.

We will update via social media if/when this ever changes of course!

What do I do if something in my order is damaged?

Please email us at info.kpopworld@gmail.com with an unboxing video. Like many online retailers, we require a full video unboxing (unopened package to start) as proof of damage or missing items.

Once we have reviewed the video, we can start the process of resolving the issue to the best of our abilities.

Why did I receive multiple tracking numbers for my one order?

Occasionally, usually with larger orders, we will separate it into several smaller packages to ensure everything arrives to you safely. If an order is too large to ship all together or, depending on dimensions, if we are concerned for the safety of items, we will separate them and that is why you may receive multiple tracking numbers for one order.

How can I cancel my order?

Cancellations must be requested immediately after receiving order confirmation. Cancellations will not be processed after an order has been shipped. Please email us at info.kpopworld@gmail.com if you would like to cancel your order.

What do I do if my order says delivered but I haven't received it?

There is the possibility that your package may be delayed or missing and a claim will need to be submitted to Canada Post. Please email us at info.kpopworld@gmail.com to begin the process of submitting a claim to locate your package.

Why is my item wrapped in different paper (clear cellophane)?

Sometimes when we receive shipments, the original plastic around the item can rip during the shipping process. If this happens and the rip(s) could affect the inclusions inside the album/photobook/etc., we will re-wrap the item in different paper to make sure everything stays inside :)

How/Can I request that my order be packed on TikTok?

Of course! Just like for gift wrapping; on the Cart page, there is a note section under the subtotal and above the Checkout button; if you would like to see your order in a packing video on Tiktok, just put it in the notes and we can definitely do that for you!

Is gift wrapping an option like you offer in-store at Sarah & Tom locations?

Yes! Where is my order shipped from?

All of our orders are shipped from our Sarah & Tom Hamilton location.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is a standard $12.00, but if you spend $50.00 or more (before tax) you will receive free shipping!

Do you ship outside of Canada?

As of right now, we only ship Canada-wide! We are hoping to be able to ship to the USA soon, and hopefully internationally as well! 💜

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes! As long as Canada Post delivers, we deliver to P.O. Boxes.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

All orders are processed within 5-10 business days; orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Sometimes we are super speedy, but if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow an additional up to 10 business days for delivery as well.

**PLEASE NOTE FOR PRE-ORDER ITEMS: if non pre-order items are ordered at the same time, your entire order will be held until we can ship everything together.
